Recently someone asked me if they could still get their hands on an estocar tShirt. I definitely have a few left over from the Brand New Neutral era so I told them if they gave me their mailing address I’d send them one in the mail. I’ve had a few other requests here and there over time for the little notebooks I use to make to hand out at estocar shows. I have a few of those left too.
Through the years making estocar merch I’ve always sort of run a sliding scale slash honor system at shows. If somebody really connected with us and our music or the show that night or it was their birthday, etc. we always made sure people got music, stickers, buttons, tShirts, and or a notebook for free to take home. If they didn’t have money they could always pay me next time or help a different musician when they got the chance down the line. A lot of times those same people would come back and pay extra for music or a tShirt at a future show or just come back to support.
When we toured across the US we would often run out of certain tShirt sizes, colors, and or designs and I got into the habit of promising to make people one when I got home if they gave me their mailing address. I would tell them to keep their money and I’d send an envelope along with the tShirt. They could send back a small donation for the effort or not. Almost everybody gets back to me. I’ve decided to open up the honor system here to move some merch. Gonna start off with letting people grab the estocar swag. In the mean time I’m putting together some plans for brand new stuff here as well for wuhlux and second and montana.
In the mean time email me what you would like along with the mailing address where you like to receive packages. I’ll email you back and say hello and finalize details. You’ll receive something in the mail not long after that with an envelope stamped and self addressed to second and montana world headquarters. Put your payment in that and send it back. That’s how it works.
